1. Agreement to Terms

All loan applications submitted through the Site are transmitted to third-party lending partners who independently evaluate applications and make all lending decisions. The Company receives compensation from lending partners for successful referrals.

• Have the authority to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are applying;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Application Information

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit the application on behalf of the business;
• You understand that the Company will share your information with lending partners for the purpose of evaluating your application;
• You consent to be contacted by the Company and its lending partners via phone, email, SMS, and other means regarding your application.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All lending decisions are made solely by third-party lending partners based on their own criteria, including but not limited to creditworthiness, business financials, and time in business.

6. Fees and Compensation

The Company does not charge applicants any fees for submitting an application or using the Site. The Company may receive compensation from lending partners in the form of referral fees or commissions.

Any fees, interest rates, or charges associated with a loan are disclosed by the lending partner and are the sole responsibility of the borrower.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site;
